Just out of curiosity, when does everyone usually reserve their sieve ranges? It seems that everytime I check the sieve coordination thread (which is usually between 1:00 AM and 5:00 AM GMT), everyone has already finished reserving their sieve ranges and Ceselb has already deleted the range reservation posts.
