So I'm getting 23.6 on a 1.8Ghz Turion. 54 on a CoreDuo iMac 2Ghz.
PPC still stomps everything else OGR. I did 60+ on a Dual 1.8Ghz G5 PowerMac

Okay, so Fozzie recruited me to OGR-25 for my 2 FreeBSD 6 boxes. I've installed on one server and it seems to be crunching fine. I'm using Bok's pproxy. Hoping I got the whole buffer config right, etc. Looks like I can't join the team until I complete a packet and I don't know how long that takes :) We'll see where this adventure goes!

Great to have you on board!
T'is true, you won't show up on stats until the following day after submitting your first stub. Actually, the official stats are down right now so you might have to wait a few days.
The stubs take varying amounts of time to complete but it should be anywhere from a couple of minutes to a couple of hours on modern hardware.
to get yourself a password to access your stats and then you can do al the modifications.
Welcome aboard bro.
Added another machine.
So I have:
1 - AMD 2200+
1 - AMD 64 3000+
1 - Intel Dual 2.8GHz
Carlos
Almost a week with no stats. I think I dumped 100k Gnodes on OGR.
Carlos
100T? If so, that's a nice dump - congrats!
Hopefully the stats will be back soon.
My benches:
AMD 2200+ (1.8GHz) --- 22 Mnodes/sec
AMD 64 3000+ (2.0GHz) --- 25 Mnodes/sec
AMD 64 X2 3800+ (2GHz) --- 52 Mnodes/sec
Intel P4 dual 2.8 GHz --- 34 Mnodes/sec
Intel Core 2 Duo T5500 (1.66GHz) --- 51 Mnodes/sec
Nice benches! Are all of them running with windows? Or do you use other operating systems?
All under Win XP.Quote:

If you calculate it back to MNodes/GHz per Core you will get pretty the same numbers... but the Intel Core 2 Duo has a nice performance!!
AMD 64 3800 X2 (2GHz) has two cores --> 13 MNodes/GHz/Core (=52MNodes/(2GHz*2Cores))
Intel P4 2,8 GHz has one core --> 12,2 MNodes/GHz/Core (=34MNodes/(2,8GHz*1Core))
Intel Core 2 Duo (1,6 GHz) has two cores --> 15,7 MNodes/GHz/Core (=52MNodes/(1,6GHz*2Cores))
An update on the stats situation from TheJet today:
Quote:
The new drives are en route to the stats server [will be delivered first half of next week]. The plan is to attempt a staged installation to prevent any data loss [utilizing the RAID to our advantage for once]. I'm not sure how long the process will take, but I'll keep you updated as I know more.
Stats were updated today, only made 50k instead of the 100k .
Free-DC work: 99,924,420 Gnodes, almost 100,000,000 Gnodes!!!!
Carlos
the next few days we might climb up the ladder :D
/me is again full on OGR, my new Intel Core 2 (2.4 GHz) is now online 24/7 and doing about 73 MNodes/sec.
you mean the E6600, right?
/me bought a Shuttle SD32G2 barebone, which supports Intel Core 2 Duo and I'll put in an E6300 (need to buy that one and all the other things like RAM and HDD and VGA, ...) and let him run, when I'm at home (depends if I'm on business trips or not...)
glad to have you back wirthi!
BTW: while looking at our stats I noticed that we really climbed up the ladder!!!
Great job team!!
From #20 to #19
Wow!
:allhail:
Congrats everyone, finally broke through that barrier! :|party|:
Unfortunately, the hill is getting ever steeper. We're 5P behind #18.
Some nice crunching
:kitcat:
P.S. must move off your proxy one day and I think Bok can fix maeflys handle on the proxy.
Hey buddy, long time. :hiya:
Your'e more than welcome to continue using the proxy :)
I can indeed fix those, I haven't looked on that page for quite some time...all done, but they'll have to wait until the next update..
Congrats on the 100M!
Bok

That's pretty harsh China! If you ignore FoBoT, PY 222, maefly and guru then we've still done over 25P between 67 of us which is about a quarter of the entire team's production. Without us we would be about #28 instead.
Lots of users with quite low production seems to work for DPC! ;)
I see what you are saying though, maefly and guru can do more work in about a week than I've done in almost 6 years.
Seems like the daily stats run from dnet is late.... :(
Congratulations maefly on your most productive day to date!
:clap:326Tnodes
Well, thanks! But I think it was because the stats were down a couple days. I didn't add any more machines, so this number just seems impossible.Quote:

Usually when the stats are down they don't return with a cumulative number. Rather, each day shows like normal and you have to backtrack to see what your production was on those days.
Do you run a local pproxy?
No, I just use Free-DC's pproxy. I guess I got lucky :)Quote:

Since it's holiday I'll let all my machines run 24/7... An E6300, a 3800X2 and a 1,7 GHz Pentium M :D
I think until new year I could reach #1000
Nothing with #1000 at New Year :(
Maybe next year :D
Happy New Year everbody!
MK,
Catch you next year amigo!!!
Best Wishes always!!!
and see what I can do in a full 24 hour spell.
Gotta try close that gap on Justemazing.
hmmm....guess I need to tinker :harhar:
Maefly,
You're a monster!!!
and only a few more days after that 17th.
I need to get home to fire up one of my crunchers... too few to make real steam :(
The-mK,
You're close to 1000 :) Only four more slots to go :)

I'm working on it!

It hopefully lasts some time, because I'm on a business trip right now and my cruncher doesn't do any work when I'm away...
we've just snatched 18th place on the project and with the same committment we should be 16th or even 15th in a couple of months time.
:beep:
:|party|: #18 :|party|:
Great job everybody!
Way to go!
Nice 18,865 place jump up the rankings, not many projects you can do that in.
