some more training necessary, hah? :rotfl: SCNR
Yeah, I did. That output is from an automatic script. The file that it cached was yesterdays... oops :( It'll be right from here on out.
huh. Was I falling down on the job? How am I supposed to get my training in Propaganda Distribution? :lmao:
Well you could start to spread Propaganda about Darkness Productions :jester: :lmao: :jester:Quote:

Looks like there was a packet shortage for awhile and when it cleared up the newest packets are VERY chewy. Might make for a huge day tomorrow. Anybody else see wierdness? (besides in various team members!)
I noticed a packet shortage myself, that's why I went in and made changes to my dnetc.ini file so it would auto search for any key server to find work, but defaults to Bok's key server.
It's all my fault.
Historically speaking, when ever I switch over to a project, something always goes wrong for a few days.
Oh that's okay IB! You also :stomp: all over me
Sabotage and Savagery = IronBits
I don't know if anybody else has noticed but over the last few days the 24hr project progress has jumped incredibly:
Basically, instead of the normal 0.13-0.19% per day or so, yesterday participants tore through 0.60% of the stubs! If daily progress continues to rise like this, we should be done in no time.Code:Date % since yesterday
25/06/2007 0.19
26/06/2007 0.19
27/06/2007 0.17
28/06/2007 0.19
29/06/2007 0.21
30/06/2007 0.26
01/07/2007 0.32
02/07/2007 0.60
This makes sense if you all say there was a stub shortage yesterday, because if smaller stubs are being distributed then project progress will rise faster. It's a little odd though, since we are still supposed to be working on 6-diff stubs.
The percentage till completion are calculated based on the number of stubs (not nodes). So if we get smaller stubs (with less nodes) that are of course faster to computer, we do more stubs a day. That's what happened yesterday, thus 0.6% on one single day instead of 0.2 what seems to be average.
The smaller stubs only happened yesterday (< 5 GNodes). Today I've got big stubs again (> 100 GNodes)...
and welcome to n7vxj
:hiya: What is a GNodes? It sounds like a male appendage to me :weggy:
Looks like I better get in here and help out a bit. Put 4 cpu's on yesterday, and another 9 today. Let's do this thing.
Ya I Went to Frys's again today :bang: picked up 2 more X2 4200 getting the 2nd online later this afternoon
Heres hope-ing it won't trip the Breakers AGAIN:bang:
Now where did I put that AMP meter
Been having power issues here at work now that I threw dnet on all the servers. Hopefully I'll be back to full production in another 24 hours.
Whew, had some serious load issues with all the servers running DNET. The original Systems Administrator stuck about 16-20 servers on 3 power strips and had those power strips connected to one power strip which was on a 15amp breaker on the APC. Kept throwing the breaker, until I went back there and realized what they had done. I split the load on 2 breakers, so we'll see how it goes over the next 24 hours. I may need to further split the load on another breaker to be safe.
to try and boost us along.
I'm having heat issues at home, so my production will be low until I can get the airflow corrected. :(
Ya I know what you mean I am moving 2300 Cfm:bang: out of my garage. Through 4 egress pointsQuote:

I renew the entire volume every 3 Min
But I am burning rubber up the points system:thumbs:

Yeah -
I had to go no-net for almost 24 hours while QWEST dorked around changing my DSL service. I had lots of packets, but I couldn't get the client to run without a net connection.
Of course, I couldn't connect here to ask...
Anyway, I'm just a one PC cruncher, so I contributed very little to the drop in production.
