Yes, 0. But the optimal bounds calculator seems to give different B bounds for different processors. Xrillo's P4-2400 gets B1=100000, B2=1575000 assigned while my athlon gets B1=80000, B2=440000 for the same range. Despite the bigger B bounds, his P4 _seems_ to take about as long as my athlon to complete a test. We'll see once he's done with one...
