Manual Sieving Email Confirmation

For those people still doing manual sieving we now require you to enter an email address into the site and have it confirmed. This is in order to help us keep track of outstanding ranges and chase people up if we haven't heard from them in a while. When you try to log in to the site you will see a prompt for an email address (automatically filled out with yours if you've already entered it). An email will then be sent to that email address with a link to follow for confirmation.

Sorry for the hassle about this guys but it should make things easier in the long run!
