Congratulations to Free-DC - Two Years On

Missed the official start date of Free-DC, but I figured it wasn't too late to wish Free-DC a Happy Two Year Anniversary.

Thanks to the founders for having the vision to create Free-DC, for making it a community and to all the members who make it what it is.
