WCG subproject data.

So, I finally figured out a way to parse the subproject data from WCG. If you look here you will see my data.

There is a caveat though. The data is only available externally from a page like this - https://secure.worldcommunitygrid.or...code>&xml=true where <code> is the verification code found on your profile page at WCG. See here for information on that. Doesn't seem like it has any other particular use so I think sharing it privately is ok, but that would be up to everyone else.

I've created a table to store these, but right now only mine is in there. It will NOT be shared anywhere else.

If you would like to see your data, please PM me with the verification code, as well as your WCG id and username. DO NOT post it here, I will delete/hide any posts I see for security reasons.

And lastly, if anyone can see any flaws with what I'm doing, please let me know!

Not at home so I'm limited to what I can do, but I'll fix when I can.

its fixed now :) badge is there :) in signature... not on subprojects page... maybe take one more day..

strange.. one day i see the new badge... one day the old one :D very crazy...

hmm, yeah I see the issue now. One example there is that your outsmart Ebola badge is different. It's a timing issue I think, will work on it.

I recently discovered that WCG completely removes the inactive users after 3 years. No other project is doing that.

I saw Bok was discussing this in the related threads on WCG formus but i did not find the results

Would it be possible to recover from Free-DC database the full team stats in WCG project, at least nicknames and points of the crunchers ?
