Phase II Questions about the proteins...

For Phase II, will we be going back and recrunching the old proteins for comparasion purposes? Also, are you going to be including the CASP5 proteins in your runs? I realize that the "competition" is over, but since you have them at your disposal now and have what the end fold is suppose to be, seems like more samples for you to work with and compare against.
