was running the latest text client from your download site - was running the patched version for a cpl of days them upgraded when i noticed you had a later version assumed this had the patch...

thanks for the input folks but i think i will just leave the directory in tact and see if anything gets done before the client change if not will dump it and start afresh again this now...

its also possible i am :confused: and not applying the instruction correctly this can sometimes be a problem with people of ignorance :harhar:

was a solution ever found for this error - have a system with 200+ units that want upload

system running W2K and has the latest win text client on board

what happened was it was...

error log related to the same/similar errors others were having once i read through some of the posts on the forum regarding unable to find previous file etc - it lastly advised to remove...

our apologies but we have had to remove the cluster completely from the project till such time as the problem is resolved (in excess of 6 million generations spread accross 70 folders) and...

at this rate an appointment to upload schedule should be considered

book me for a 96 hour connection as at the current upload rate that is approx what will be required to upload our current work...

can someone please advise the designation of the current protein being tested

posible solution for the future might be that the protein designation be posted on the DF News Section
