i usually clean out those files once a week or so.

i installed as a service last night (win xp pro, service install did not work with the previous foldtrajlite.exe files)
it ran fine all night, until my dsl went down, but other than that, everything...

workin well for me too.
over 10 hrs of cpu time -g1 47 handles and 92 megs of RAM on xp pro.

well, my axp 2400+ did hold my low RMSD prize
but last weekend a PIV @ work took over that prize.

i checked on a computer here @ work, its RAM usage was down to 3 megs
im checking my work computer and its using 25 megs of ram after crunching most of the afternoon....

the other pIV @ work (not fulltime) has completed 1 i think.
my axp 2400+ @ home is on 115 of its 3rd cycle i believe.
