Until now I'm unable to update any results. Three machines have '908 INCORRECT PROTEIN' errors when they try to upload. They all have already the new client (structure size = 85).
I would say :
a) the first 6 hours full credits, so that even normal users can turn on their pc's and modems on normal times. we don't all live in The States you know.

Sorry bad news. after two days of running the 1.4 version I'm again on 404.000 structures a day. And as far as I know there was no upload problem.
I've seen the problem now a few times. I cannt confirm it just when the DF client is having problems uploading. I'll watch it and report when it happens again. I saw the it first time with the 0.6...
I have the same problem. It mostly happens after the client and gui is running for a longer time (>> 3 days). The best I can see it at is at struct per day. it goes from 35.000 to 158.000 a day.
