But sometimes, even with the smaller proteins (56 - 96 amino acids) it sometimes takes +1 hour.

Not like DF wich would sometimes take 4 hours for 1 generation.

Yep, same problem here with me....
Last Friday I lost about 15 generations and 8 hours of work...

I really don't know from wich project to choose from :)

f@h => too many resources
distributed folding => too many resources
all the math projects => " " ...
