Downloaded the exe over a working copy, it finished gen 0, then this when starting gen 1:

Another cause of 'losing' gen stats is when dfGUI throws a '" is not a valid integer' message. Any gen stats created between when it happens and you catching it will be lost.

I believe it's a priority thing with dfGUI. If it doesn't get enough attention it can't log the gen stats. I found setting priority less than -10 caused dropped gen stats unless I bumped the priority...
