it won't alert the user, but if you go through the log file and se a result = 2 then you've found a prime :)

If you shut down your computer it "averages out" the performance, so if it's up for 12 hours, then shut down for 12 hours you only get half the performance
I agree. This project, like everything else has a few bugs, like the linux code. But that isn't a big problem, I just don't quite get 100% production out of my linux box! If that scares other people...
I agree this is a serious problem and something needs to be done, but saving the block on the server is not going to work. The size of such a block is now more than 500kb, that means a whole megabyte...
