Nice speed up in the sobsieve client. It seems to be 2x or more as fast as the 1.07 client on my p3

I wasn't sure where everyone was at so I took 300 to 301 billion. I just wanted to try out the program and based on other peoples times I don't want to take a bigger chunk.
