It seems the foldtrajlite program stopped running at the end of gen. 117 on my machine. Even though DFgui still thought it was running. I tried to restart it but now I get:

Okay, this one seems to be working correct. No more data file checksum error. Doesn't seem to be stuck for so long as well.

While the program was stuck on the 11th structure of a 20 structure generation I closed the program by pressing the close button in the upper-right of the taskbar. After restarting it didn't continue...
