I believe that people posting these problems run the CLI.

Rename the muu44b25_protein_250.trj to:
muu44b25_protein_249.trj

It will regenerate the file it is complaining about. :thumbs:

I was just being sarcastic, anyway the biggest problems I've seen is the error listed here, which I figured how to keep things upto pace and no lost work, however the second bigest one I see...

I ran into it again, a little different this time I had to rename it to the current generation. It worked also, I thought the BETA phase was over???
