after a new install everything seems to be working now. Just posting in case someone wanted to know.

after 3 days new protein is %51 complete
wow I just checked and the protein is already at %51 complete and in only 3 days. At this rate we will complete it in a week.

the last time this happened to me I teleted the last two or three lines that start with "CurrentStruc" all I had was lines starting with .\ and uploaded and it worked. At least I was able to upload...
Just asking because it's still down, is it gone for good ?
I'm also running the DOS client version with no problems. I just noticed that nobody seems to be having problems with the DOS client.
Is the project nearing completion ?
