Question hyper threading and running four instances of R@H

Is hyper threading and running four instances of R@H instead of two on a P4 dual processor xenon really any faster?

My tests were a little inconclusive in this area, but I believe it was a little more productive..

I have 4 or 5 of those setups running, and it DOES provide more output, but not significantly.

But - as a self=professed stats whore, every little bit helps! Make sure you use the enhanced BOINC.exe file referenced elsewhere. The benchmark improvement makes quite a difference in points (cobblestones).

Well I'll leave it alone then seems to be going along at least as fast as before.
    Thanks
