Bright flash and instant thunder. Lights out, smell of smoke instantly. crackling sound, ears ringing.

I thought I had all areas covered incase of power problems.

First sever storm takes out both of my hubs, They are fried!
Am on old 10BaseT hubs now.

2 UPS units fried.
3 powersupplies fired.

Insurance is covering.

Parts ordered to get farm back online.

Right now I have 3 systems back online. 6 torn apart awaiting parts to get them running.

Hole in garage roof where lighting hit. Small fire. But otherwise not too bad.

Should be dumping SOB thur night if HD is good from SBqueue computer.

Just when I thought I had it covered. Direct hit...... EMP kills........

OH ya 4 mem sticks dead too... MB's seem to be ok on the ones I have tested.

Well, back to the trenches................Love that smell of burned electrical equiptment

I would think about that one, the adjuster knows what I have in my farm.
He was thinking of doing something like this at his office with their 12 systems...... Otherwise I would have thought about it. But dont think I could do it tho.......
