    How to configure stats

I noticed on the statstool there is no way to tell exactly how you're supposed to add your userid/nick/etc... for every project its different (I assume) so why dont we put together a nice guide that bok could maybe stick in there.. that way he doesnt have to do it .. that and less of a guessing game on the user end

    D2OL(old): username
    D2OL(new): username
    BOINC Rosetta: userid
    (*1)
    whatpulse: userid(*2)
    Seti@Boinc: Username
    Seti@Classic: Username

    Legend:
    bold: final/works.
    brackets: other possibility, notes, etc.
    plain text: unknown

*1 - BOINC Rosetta works using UserID, have not tested username.
*2 - Whatpulse requires you activate XML stats for yourself and your team. Unknown if you need to put in userid or username.

this is all i've got for now.. my seti@home classic acct seems to have died

If someone can come with something I'd be happy to add it in. I know amdxborg from TA did one one their forums which was the best I'd seen..

After wrestling with the statstool for a bit found the solution for dnet in this thread: Project ID too large...

As in Faq: copy everything after name=
..and replace the + with space.

seti boinc is just like any other boinc project, you have an id. I can't find you on the XtremeSystems team though ??

seticlassic is by name, but I didn't track all teams there so you might not be in. If you give me a link to your original score I can add you into the DB manually though.

As always, in order to get the name for ststatool., go to the team page in my stats, then drill down to your individual userpage and look at the URL, whatever is after the name= is your unique id in my DB. Sometimes you have to strip out any HTML formatting but that's about it...

I probably need to submit some seti@boinc points to show. I've only got the classic points at the moment.

Here's the link to show my stats. Probably 75%+ of those 52,000 hours came from a single P1 233mmx lmao

Correct, they don't put you in the exported XML unless you hav any points..

I've manually added you into the seti classic DB here

In most cases when I added the ID in user config, I just clicked on Bok's project user stats and entered what was in address bar for ID. Only a few were different by adding team name afterward ID.

Team Haiku not in stats yet

Can I get Team Haiku added to the list of teams for the Statstool?

    Thanks!

    Absolutely..

And you've just made me realise the obvious, I've changed it to be driven from my teams tabe from the DCR

so there are a lot more choices now
