Getting "no row exists on the name alias table" error

Going here http://www.free-dc.org/statstool.php gets the post subject error, then clicking the radio button for "create" shown on that page leads to this error:

1136: Column count doesn't match value count at row 1

Help!?

End goal is trying to add a static image from my NetDimes account to include in a forum sig.

False alarm... stats were not updating for whatever reason. Good to go, now.

don't use that one, it's not actually linked to anywhere....I don't update it so it's very out of date.

I'm getting that message too. When I use the link you supply above Bok, I get the following:

"You have a valid forum login (John Mohr), but no row exists on the name alias table."

There is a button for me to create the row. I click it and get the following:

"1136: Column count doesn't match value count at row 1 ". I go about selecting my team and entering my project ID's then click the update button. It reposts back to the same page with only the team selected and all the other fields cleared. The messge is gone and the sig in the upper left corner is not showing any of my projects.

I have tries this a few times now with the same results
