Their server was down for a week or so over a month ago, which is when I decided to start cruncing for FAD... Same stuff, supposed to be faster. I read somethings about UD that made me decide to crunch for someone else...
One of these days, I may even get BOINC going....
UD and D2OL are complete wastes of time. FaD runs faster. A comment made by the project admin for FaD said that the FaD program could crunch ALL the available data that D2OL offers with 10 in house systems in a matter of a day or two.
UD is pretty much the same deal. They SUCK.

That is pretty much what I had already heard. guess it was good that their servers were down for so long, or I never would have switched over...

Not really. The last version of the THINK software was up to 160 times faster than the version of THINK which was used by the UD project many moons ago. And that old version of THINK was in itself faster than LigandFit. Now I know you're talking about D2OL and Sengent, but the fact remains that THINK is the fastest docking software available and used by many biotech companies.
How do you get a UD team add to the stats here. would like to get Crunchers Inc added.
