dll error

I'm getting this went I try to run the client.

Unable to open AlCli.dll for writing.

I just got the computer and it has Vista Home Premium and an Athlon 64 X2 duel core 6000+. If someone could provide some step-by-step help, I would really appreciate getting back on this project.

as I've never seen that on XP, 2k or NT.

Try copying the eon folder to an area where you can set full control on the folder.

I have just run it on my Vista box and it runs fine Vista Ultimate Edition.

I copied the folder to my desktop and left it running all night. It seems to be working now. I'm getting a lot of ZZZ but I can't do anything about that.


Edit: the error still comes up in the guiclient but i can just run it without the gui.
