SIMAP credit formatting

SIMAP score is displayed with three digits to the right of decimal point. This shows one million credit at 1,000,000.000. Other projects show one million credit as 1,000,000. I don't know, but it just looks a bit ... weird as the difference between a comma and a period gets blurred for some of us.

Is there any need to show the digits to the right of the decimal point?

Not really, just that's it's more accurate..

You can actually turn it off within statstool, though I forget just how far I went with that option.

It's just a config change too, so I can change it in minutes if people think it's not worthwhile. I'll still be holding the accurate value in the DB.
