I just switched to the client and it had just generated a structure. What cought my eye was the the yellow text in the top right corner - it said "Calculating energy" (I think).
I have never seen that before?

Ok, so what is it doing when it is calculating energy? Curious minds want to know.
Well I hate to state the obvious, but its calculating the energy..
For non-compact structures it skips this step which can be a little bit lengthy, which is why you only actually get the message once in a while...

No problem with having the obvious stated. I'm just one that will stick his neck out and ask the questions.
We were having a small debate on whether it was calculating to determine the best psuedo energy or it was doing this to keep it from folding in on itself and getting stuck.
Now I know, thanks.
BTW, another big thanks for all the enhancements and improvements I have seen on this program.
