The very latest protein (Aug 27) is much faster than previous proteins.
With the -rt switch, my Power Mac G4 466 can fold 69,120 proteins in 1 day.
The previous protein I folded ~44,000 proteins/day.
The one before that, it was ~33,000 proteins/day.
