Its been 8 months since my last visit and over a year since my last post , so thought it was time to visit and give a big hello to all my old friends in DC land. Hope life is treating everyone good.

I've been keeping busy working, but looking forward to two weeks holiday at the start of June. Staying at home with the dog and three cats. I am sure they will occupy some of my time, the rest will be spent watching DVDs and generally doing as little as possible.

All this writing is making me thirsty, need another beer , thats better.

Nope sorry can't let you do that, you'll need to get up here and help me out :P no just kidding. Although 2 weeks off right now sounds just about right could do with a holiday myself right now..
Note people do not, repeat do not try and redo your whole house in 1 go...
It may seem like a good Idea at the time to get someone in to do the work but there is there selecting what you want, the new colour scheme, new this, new that :-S oh and getting rid of the old stuff so when the new stuff arrives there is someplace to put it, which means your left without for a few days / weeks!
Sounds perfect - sit out in the sun sipping a beer or 3...
