    After CASP...

    Howard, what kind of protein sizes can we expect to see after CASP is done? Are they going to be in the same range as these last ones, or are they going to be slower now?

    it's fast tho - getting around 3.3 structures/second with this 105 protein...

    Agreed - about twice as fast as the last CASP5 protein. Getting ~60,000/day with this one on my Power Mac G4 466 witn -rt.
