Stats changes *please note*

I've configured webserver side caching of database data across the stats (most of it anyway).

If you notice anything amiss please post here. I do see some sql failures which shouldn't fail that are a bit odd. Looking at them.

Any charts you notice too that are not rendered as we might have missed one or two.

Hopefully it will speed things up somewhat.
