    anybody know if there is a way to tell when you first registered for DF?

    i am wondering when i started running DF

    i know it was roughly one year ago, but does anybody know if there is a way to tell for sure?

    i emailed howard, i guess he may be the only one the knows

    Our local Dutch Power Cows statsdude keept track on that kind of information. Unfortunately only for members of DPC.

    Do you still have the email they sent you with your handle? That should pin it down pretty close assuming you started folding immediately after you received it.

    Also, "in case you can not find your e-mail", I guess you can simply look at the modification date of some of the files on the PC you installed your first client.

    I think at least one of those alternatives might work fine.

    Modified date for;

    - The installation file (if you still kept it for some reason)
    - The folder that was created for the client
    - "Handle.txt" file. (I guess that gives the most accurate result if you didn't change the handle)

    Just an idea.

    uh, that won't work , i have no idea what pc i first installed it on and even if the pc still exists, i normally blow away and reinstall on each new protein change
