i have seen it twice in a little over 12 hours
and is the server not up, i have a few sets in buffer that havent uploaded

At last check, that is the beta executable.
Replace the foldtrajlite.exe with the version from your old installation, and that *should* work.

Like Kaz said, use the older (January) foldtrajlite.exe & it will work.

Yes, you need to reload. With problems like this, it's always a good idea to check the DF News page.
Autoupdate worked fine (well... for me at least on Linux), but if you manually downloaded the new version, you got the beta executable.
EDIT: And I see that this, too, is on the news page. Never mind...
