it spends 90%percent of the time saying this to me!in phase2.is there away i can fix this.?

IT is not 'broken', This is normal. We will try to make this clear in the FAQ we post shortly. Although we have beta tested it, we still need to 'tweak' the algorithm. It is still not clear to us whether the extra time it spends whil stuck is doing useful work or just wasting time. The only way to know for sure is to try both, on a large scale with thousands of users, and thats exactly what we're doing.

Thus although the algorithm is decided on now, there may be small tweaks in upcoming versions still that adjust things like how long before it gives up and tries again, and some other factors.
