    ERROR: [000.000] {foldtrajlite2.c, line 4127} Error during upload: STATUS 906 GENERIC STRUCTURE ERROR

    ERROR: [000.000] {foldtrajlite2.c, line 4127} Error during upload: STATUS 906 GENERIC STRUCTURE ERROR

    ========================[ Jul 3, 2003 7:09 PM ]========================
    ERROR: [000.000] {foldtrajlite2.c, line 4127} Error during upload: STATUS 906 GENERIC STRUCTURE ERROR

    This error appeared, as I wanted to upload some structures manually with a second foldit script.

    PC: Athlon 1.2 GC/s, 512 MB DDR SDRAM (266 MCs), SuSE Linux 8.1, KDE 3.1

    Textclient (icc)

    Options:
    ./foldtrajlite -f protein -n native -rt -if -g 0

    Upload:
    ./foldtrajlite -f protein -n native -ut

    I stopped the client with kill pid as root.

    If you just kill the client instead of removing the foldtrajlite.lock file it stops without writing anything to disk like it does when when you remove the lock file. If you then try to restart it it will start over at the last point that it wrote to disk. But since you have -g 0 it never writes to the disk. In phase I -g 0 was a reasonable thing to run with, but in phase II I would leave it at the default of 5 or set it for even less.

    Welnic, thanks a lot for your information. Seems to be the problem of trying optimization without looking exactly what's allowed and what not.

    Since yesterday everything seems to be okay.

    I have the same problem described here, but on several W2K machine. I installed the foldtrajlite.exe as a service.
    The following lines are in the service.cfg file:

    service=1
    connect=1
    progress=1
    useram=1

    restarting the service doesn't seem to solve the problem.

    I don't know if it's related, but when i look in the filelist.txt file, some files don't have the .\ prefix.

    I got something like 700 wu's waiting to be uploaded
