    New "bug" in the "fixed" version

    In the updated version that's been posted on the board here I can't bench anymore. Whenever I try it from DFGUI I get an error and I've tried from the command line as well and it gives me the same error. I'm using .\foldtrajlite -bench

    Did someone change something when they were putting the code together? Don't know what the exact error is as I can't access the machines right now, but maybe someone else having the same prob can post something .....

    The error message that I'm getting with the new version and performing a -bench is:

    Command window:

    Code:
    One moment, opening rotamer library...
    Predicting secondary structure and generating trajectory distribution...
    [NULL_Caption] FATAL ERROR: [010.000] Unable to continue
    Hit Return
    Error.log:

    Code:
    ========================[ Jul 17, 2003  9:55 PM ]========================
    ERROR: [010.000] {trajtools.c, line 2022} Could not open/create data file .\cawalk_dict
    FATAL ERROR: [010.000] {trajtools.c, line 2024} Unable to continue
    cawalk_dict doesn't exist in my DF folder...

    As I mentioned in another thread. I cannot bench with the new trajlite file either.

    Had to put my old trajlite back in for a minute..run the bench and put the new one back once completed.

    Why are people wasting production time by benching?
    Train hard, fight easy
