    Request for person with Gen. 337 error

    Could someone who has experienced this error and still has the complete directory with all the results please place a zipped version on an ftp site that we could access (we cannot accept it by e-mail as it is bound to be quite large).

    If you need to set up a special login, please email us at trades@mshri.on.ca

    Eeek!

    That means deliberately letting one of my faster boxen run until I know it will crash!

    <SIGH!>

    The things we do in the name of science....

    I've just downloaded a couple batches of work, but I'll set this up for you if someone else doesn't beat me to it. (For that matter, I could provide this to you if you need several samples.)

    Too bad I fixed, uploaded, and deleted the previous few 337-bugged boxes.

    I'm not a Stats Ho either. I just want to go and check to see that all my spare boxen are busy. Hang on a minute....

    Ummm Seems I deleted it for some reason ... I usually save everything too for quite a long time. I'll see if I can recover it, but not 100% optimistic

    (Un)fortunately I have one. I copied the directory before I went messing about with it. So far all gens from run 2 were uploaded, but the rest seems to be a problem.

    Zipped it is 19MB. I'll try to put in on my homepage and mail you when I'm ready

    After replacing the traj???.exe and protein.trj? files, it uploaded the 336 saved generations I had.. /e jumps for joy..
    But then.. since it's a windows machine.. it claimed it was going to take 14+ hours to do gen 0.. *sniff*
