This was a pretty painless setup - IB's advise got me going in the right direction on my first non-Intel box. Still need a real vid card - only thing I found laying around to get it up and crunching was an old 3Dfx Voodoo Banshee PCI card. It's rather slowwwwwwwwwwww.......

Well, managed to maintain #20 on team ranking. All of this while being out of town for a week, and having one box go down sometime during that period. I'll just be the top 10 cheering squad!

Heh! It's kinda difficult to know for sure. I believe he posted exactly once, about a year ago, to tell us that yes, he is alive, and no, he's not a gal, he's a guy, and btw, he's French Canadian.
No posts since then and I see he's even been dropped from the forum's member list. Being as he posted that one time right after someone made the mistake of assuming that "beth133" must be a female, I assume that he drops by from time to time to read the forums. Other than that, he just doesn't have much to say, at least to us.
Since he chose our team to pile up points in, we gotta say, "If that's the way he wants it, it's fine with us!" And my oh my, does he ever pile up the points!
