large delays when attempts are made to download client

There currently seems to be an enourmous delay between when someone attempts to manually download the client from the official download site, and when the download actually starts. This is discouraging new users who are assuming they can't download the client after waiting a minute without success. The download speed does appear to be normal once the download
actually starts. This issue should be fixed asap.

(When I attempt to send an email to any mshri.on.ca addresses, they also currently fail to be delibered sucessfully.)

I have just checked this issue, and it seems to be quite a reasonable speed to the start of the download. Could be that the hospital network on which we depend had a spurt of heavy traffic, but there is no need to worry - all is working as it should
