Status 910 Error

One of our DF members has been recieving this error for the last 3 or 4 days and no work is uploading. Can anyone help:

copy the directory to a new location (in case Howard & Elena are interested in looking at the files)

Then download the whole client from www.distributedfolding.org and set it up from scratch. (in case something's corrupted).

On the other hand, if you wait until gen 250, it'll start over at gen 0, and you'll most likely start getting points again.

I don't think anyone's happy to fold half a day or more for nothing to get to reset at 250.
I had to start from scratch twice today due to this error, lucky I lost only 5-10 generations each time. I feel for those who loose a few sets.

He has already copied the directory and just awaiting a good answer that hopefully don't tell him to reinstall, you lost it all...
