i didn't realize they were doing stats like this, some measures intermediate to completing the 2-3 months work unit

The individual stats started when the project went 'live', but they just added the team stats today. It looks like if you join a team, all your personal stats come with you.
It still remains to be seen what happens if you switch teams.... the age-old question - do the stats stay with the user or the team? Guess we'll see soon enough.
