Howard, you said we have already calculated the structure of the current proteine in Phase 1 but I didnīt find a calculated Protein with 105 aminoacids ... So my question is what the result was.

No, there are 20 different aminoacids which are used to build proteins but a protein itself can be built by much more aminoacids (the self aminoacids can be used multiple times)

The best RMSD we received during phase I for the same protein was 7.75
The remaining Phase I results will become available on the website in the near future.
