    FAO Magnav0x (Free-DC Hydra Central)

Due to cicumstances beyond my control a large portion of my "pharm" is going down for the forseeable future. So a few question about the Free-DC Hydra-Central.

    • What is the minimum MHz accepted
    • What parts are you needing most at this time (maybe a wish list is in order)
    • What is your schedule looking like for Saturday, Nov. 8th?
    • Do you know where to find Rigor Springs?
    • Do you have a truck?

    Beyond,

Right now, i've got just about all usable parts I have in donors as it is, so not much to work off of, so wish list is pretty broad

I prefer to only use machines 300mhz+.

And yes I can get to Rigor Springs...in fact that's where I got to get beer and liquor (live in a dry county ). Don't have a truck, but I'm sure I can find a donor vehical worthy of a load if needed. I don't have any plans for Nov 8.

Hate to see you loose your farm

I haven't lost my mind; it's backed up on tape drive somewhere.

A reduction in the number of systems is unavoidable (RL issues), but I would like to think it will free up room for a major expansion at a later date.

If I knew what was needed to get any parts you already have up and running, I could be sure to include them, rather than saving for myself on the off chance of needing them later down the road.

    Complete systems (except) moniter/keyboard/mouse;

    (1) Pentium II 350 [Complete Full Tower/Mandrake 9.1]
    (1) Celron 533 [Complete Mid Tower/BeOS 5.01]
    (1) Celron 566E [Complete Mid Tower/Mandrake 8.2]
    (1) Celron 566E [Complete Mid Tower/Win98SE]
    (1) T-Bird 1000 [Complete Mid Tower /W2K]
    (1) T-Bird 1100 [Complete Mid Tower /Win98 SE]
    (1) T-Bird 1200 [Complete Mid tower /W2k]

Don't know if you are interested in the K6 series processors, but will list them, you make the call.

    (1) K6-350 [Motherboard]
    (1) K6-2-400 [Motherboard w/RAM]
    (1) K6-3-450
    (1) K6-2-500
    (1) Celron 566E
    (1) Duron 700
    (1) Duron 800
    (1) T-Bird 950
    (2) T-Bird 1200

    RAM

    (13) sticks of various (MB) 72 pin
    (4) sticks 64MB PC 100
    4-6 sticks 128MB PC133

Have not had the time as yet to go thru the rest of the stuff, but I have 6-7 AGP video cards (cheapo Trident, TNT2's,ect.., several pci NICs (100 Mb), 3 maybe 4 small hubs, anything else you might need let me know.

I'll add to the list as I "find/decide" on parts I can live without.

Wow, you realy are downsizing I sure hope you pharm resurrects some day. What would be best at the moment would be just complete machines and some extra odds and ends (memory, vid card, network card, power cords), but if you are in dire need of getting rid of stuff, then I'll take whatever you want to get rid of and try to resurrect extra machines out of them.

Sounds good, complete systems, all the memory and NICs, power cords (I have a ton of them), I think I may have a few 1.0 GB hdd's to throw in as well. Oh, also some empty cases if you need them too.
