    How often and at what time(s) per day is this file updated? It seems to be rather random.

    It should be updated every 2 hours with the rest of the stats. If it is doing any different than whis, please let us know!

    OK. so I assume this is every 2 hours EST, (ie on the hours of 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22 in the EST timezone, give or take a few minutes to process the stats)?
