I assume your type 'foldtrajlite -f protein -n native -ut' on Windows? You need to preced it with .\ (for now) or you get that error.

I'm getting this error popping up on me on occassion now and again also with -i f flag and also with -u t flag. Everything runs fine for a while but then it starts up. And I'm using calls to foldit.bat actually.

Try the latest client, I think we may have fixed this for Windows already (you didnt answer me if this is Windows or not)

yup, it is Windows.

Got the new client and it seems to be working again.
