    Question Good Results?

    Just of interest what would be the predicted best RMSD we would get for this protein? What would a "good result" (instrudy leading/compared to phase I/etc) be?

    I remember that during Phase I howard would make predictions now and again, and it was always fun to see whether or not we could beat them.

    We don't really know what to predict as we are in 'new territory' now... We'll just have to wait and see. Lower is always nicer though, so far nothing has come close to the correct fold.
