    Similiar protein scores

I think it is called RSMD? I noticed that lower scores don't necessarilly correlate with the number of generations completed. I have a score of 11.46 with just 80,000 work units, but some have millions of work units and a score of 99.99.
is it just luck that some have a lower score?

IIRC, the 99.99 scores are for people that haven't turned in any production for this protein yet (either they left, or took a long vacation, or something like that).

This may not be the case anymore, though... if you're talking about a score that's not 99.99, then yeah (as Paratima said), it's pretty much luck.
