FTP Problems

One of our team members has had a problem with the new 'test' client and endeavoured to FTP a copy of the directory to the FTP site as per Elena's prior instructions.

Whilst we can view the 'incoming' directory on the FTP site, attempts to upload have proven fruitless. Could you check for write permissions on that directory please.

Are you trying to upload to /incoming or /pub/distribfold/incoming??

We were trying to upload to whatever ftp site you linked in your post to the New Test Client Thread

Just tried it again and still no go.

Well try BOTH directories mentioned above and if the BOTH don't work Ill have a look. Thanks.

Thanks Howard. We were able to upload to /incoming but not the other. Not sure if the team mate still has a copy of the directory he had trouble with, but if so will get it uploaded shortly.
