Do I have to wait to update when it finishes 250 or can I update immediately?
You can update straight away.
But I think I remember hearing that you should delete your filelist.txt (and any files with your handle in their names) before you run the new client?
Make sure you BACK UP anything you delete before you delete it, though, just in case you have to (or want to) roll back to the previous version.
