    Another stats question

A couple of items. First off, is it possible to transfer crunched work units to another team, or do they always remain with the team you crunched for at the time they were crunched?

Secondly, I changed ISP's and the distributed.net board makes mention of "retiring" points to a new email address. Has anyone done this, and if so could you give me a short run-down on it please?

First question: no you can't transfer crunched workunits from one team to the other... on the one hand it would be great to do that, but on the other hand it would be unfair to the departuring team

Second question: it is possible to give someones points from a@mail.com to b@mail.com, I think (I never did something like that!!!) it works like that:

    - change the e-mail-address in your client to the new one, crunch some wu's and flush them to the server
    - wait for the next stats-run (once a day at about 3:00 UTC)
    - login at here (or there or there) with your old email-address
    - click on the last link ("retire this email address permanently") on the bottom of the page you logged in
    - enter your new e-mail-address and read all the messages that come from now on in your browser (because I don't really know how that works exactly)

It could work like that, but I'm not sure if it does! Maybe someone with "experience" could tell you more....
