If I'm not mistaken, 132 represents the client #, and not the size of the protein. We'll be working the same protein we have been, in order to examine the effects of a new algorithm.
I received an Email early this morning that we were switching to #132. All of my machines are still running 108. What gives?

If it stays 108, how do we know if we got the update?
Look at progress.txt.
If the current structure number being built plus the number until the next generation is 100, then you're running the new client.
You can also look in error.log and see whether the "starting foldtrajlite built <date>" date has changed at all since the last protein.
